Gold Maintenance Clean is designed for ongoing maintenance, keeping your windows consistently clean and professional-looking. Protective coating is included with the Quarterly Gold plan, making it perfect for long-term upkeep.

Platinum: Only needed once or twice to fully reset your windows.

Gold: Can be scheduled Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly, Tri-Annual, Bi-Annual, or Annual, depending on your property's needs. Most customers choose Quarterly for the ideal balance of value and results.

Yes! Protective coating is included with the Quarterly Gold Maintenance plan, helping your windows stay cleaner longer and reducing hard water buildup. Lesser frequencies do not include coating.

A typical cleaning takes 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the size of the property and the number of windows.

Yes! All of our cleaners are professionally trained and our company is fully insured, giving you peace of mind while we work on your property.

We prefer to have someone home, but we can also complete the cleaning if no one is available, depending on your property's security and access.

We use a combination of water-fed poles, ladders, and squeegees depending on the type of windows and their specific needs, ensuring a safe and thorough cleaning.

For heavily soiled windows, we recommend the Platinum Deep Clean to restore them as much as possible.

If your windows are beyond repair, we can help connect you with a replacement service.

If weather makes cleaning impossible, we will reschedule as quickly as possible to complete your service.

Protective Coating

For optimal results, the protective coating should be reapplied every 3 months, but no longer than 6 months between applications.

The protective coating is designed to last up to 3–6 months, depending on your window exposure, cleaning frequency, and local weather conditions. Quarterly Gold Maintenance ensures maximum effectiveness.
