We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided as estimates and may vary based on the actual scope of work required. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For recurring maintenance plans, billing terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring clear access to all windows and areas to be serviced
• Removing or securing fragile items near work areas
• Informing us of any special circumstances or safety concerns
• Ensuring pets are properly secured during service visits

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Our satisfaction guarantee covers issues related to the quality of our cleaning services. It does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Liability

Soar Home Services maintains comprehensive liability insurance to protect against property damage or personal injury arising from our work.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property
